Gränbystaden expands with fashion street

Gränby, the regional center in Uppsala, expands further.

A new fashion walk in the old Systembolaget is launched this spring.

Here are the stores that are first to open.

Property owner Atrium Ljungberg says the new fashion street will further raise the level of fashion in Gränby.

The first to open a shop in the fashion street in the mall is Norwegian Varner Group’s Volt which opens its doors on 17 March. Then follows trademarks Gant, Björn Borg, Hunkemöller and G-Star who open their shops during April.

”To create an attractive trading area it is crucial to be able to offer visitors an inspiring range of brands and products. Therefore, we are very pleased that G-star and Björn Borg, two strong and exclusive brands has chosen to add its first Uppsala Shops in just Gränby city,” says Jan Hammarling, marknadsområderschef, Atrium Ljungberg.

During March and April, existing stores Kicks, Boomerang and Hallbergs will get brand new premises in the same fashion cluster.

Atrium Ljungberg will also freshen up the connecting indoor square. With a new ceiling and new lighting the goal is to create a modern and inspiring shopping environment.
