Jula’s rapid expansion in Norway continues.

First out in the spring, in March, is Hønefoss. Then Lillehammer in April, Harstad in May and Jessheim in June. In addition to these four establishments, Jula earlier this year told about the upcoming establishment in Lyngdal, which is expected to become a reality at the beginning of 2017.

”It’s incredibly fun with all the new stores, while it is obviously a big challenge to build new in so quickly. Fortunately, we have dedicated, skilled and experienced employees who know what this entails,” says Per Jacobsen.

During the short time Jula established herself as one of the major chains in the Norwegian market. In parallel with the expansion taking a hard work to continue and develop the offer and concept in all stores.

Jula will also establish it’s eigth department store in Stockholm, Bromma, at Bromma Blocks mall and retail park

”It feels right to enter Bromma Blocks, a fast growing commercial area that is just right for Jula. Now we get access to a new customer area of Bromma and in the Ekerö direction. We believe in the new department store,” says Joachim Frykberg, CEO of Jula AB.

Bromma Block is directly adjacent to Bromma airport. Jula will be established in the very center of the trade area and takes over the Intersport’s premises with its own entrance directly towards the car park.

”We are now working hard on the establishment and we will open a new department store before the summer,” says Joachim Frykberg.

Jula’s Bromma-store will be about 3,000 square meters.
