NorgesGruppen aquires petrol station chain

Norgesgruppen has signed a 10-year alliance agreement with Esso Norway AS and buy all shares in the subsidiary Tiger AS with 105 petrol stations. Norgesgruppen’s new shopping centre company is growing

Norgesgruppen targets the shopping centre market by moving properties to a joint venture, Scala Retail Property now has nine malls and more to come. The latest acquisitions are Tangen Sentrum Nærsenter at Nesodden in Oslo, Fagernes Mall in Oppland, Grorud Nærsenter in Oslo and Rykkinn Nærsenter, also in Akershus. Sold by Norgesgruppen itself. Coop: We are ready to sell 103 Ica-stores

Coop Norway says they will sell off 103 out of 533 Ica-stores to get approved by the Competition Authority. ”We believe that this is sufficient to ensure continued strong competition in the relevant markets,” says Geir Inge Stokke, Acting Coop CEO in a statement.
