The Varner Group’s young menswear fashion chain Volt has appointed new country managers in Sweden and Finland.
For the premiere in Finland this year, Volt has recruited Erika Ahlberg from Stockmann.
Volt has appointed Maria Sundberg as the new Country Manager for Volt Sweden.
“We are extremely happy and humble to the fact that so many experienced candidates found this position interesting, which tells me that our current standing in the Swedish market is growing constantly,” says Toni Collin, CEO of Volt.
”The fact that Maria stood out as the obvious choice at the end is extremely positive, due to the fact that she has worked her way upwards through the Volt organization. Her strongest qualities are by far her work ethics and her personality.
The combination of her ability to act quickly when needed with her positive and energetic mindset, has numerous times given excellent results. We very much look forward to Maria taking Volt Sweden even further.”
In Volt’s newest market Finland, opening in October, Volt has appointed Erika
Ahlberg as the new Country Manager for Volt Finland.
“I am truly happy about Erika joining our team as well”, Toni Collin says.
“She was my number one choice, and the fact that she wants to join our family in taking on a brand new market, is simply amazing. Erika has over 10 years of experience of working as a fashion buyer with Stockmann, and her experience gives her a holistic view of the whole fashion industry. “
”Her impressive experience combined with her positive energy is her major strengths, and she will be a fantastic ambassador for the Volt brand in Finland.”
